The peer-reviewed study results were published online in the journal Endoscopy, a leading GI endoscopy journal.

San Diego, March 10, 2016 – Sommetrics, a company focused on providing products and services that improve the quality of sleep, announces the appointment of Paul Edwards as Senior VP of Engineering and Manufacturing. Mr. Edwards joins Sommetrics from SeQual Technologies, where he most recently served as VP of Engineering and was responsible for new product development and engineering for portable lightweight oxygen delivery systems.

San Diego, CA January 26, 2016 – Sommetrics, a medical technology company focused on developing products for assessing and managing sleep problems, announced FDA clearance to market its cNEP™ Airway Management system as an aid for maintaining the patency of the upper airway in spontaneously breathing adults undergoing medical procedures less than 2 hours in duration. This device is intended for use in cases of mild to moderate sedation with non-propofol drugs.
